Specifications:

• These are True VLOM Pump (village Level Operation Maintenance).

• These pumps are suitable for lifting water from depth of 10 m to 45 m.

• Minimum Training required for routine maintenance .

• Only one tool is required for maintenance of the pump.

• Brass lined Upvc cylinder providing resistance of corrosion and abrassion with extractable plunger and foot value assemblies. Options of brass plunger body apart from plastic.

• Two options for pedestal designs are available:
  a) Pedestal for concrete sand.
  b) Pedestal of India MarkII design with either 3 legs mounting of flange mounting requirements.
  

• Three designs of connecting rods are available in mild steel & stainless steel {AISI:304/316 materials,the two existing ones with hook and eye connector (As per SKAT2/1994) and with the thread connector (As per SKAT3/1998)

• Low cost, simple to replace, twin polymer bearing at fulcrum and rod hanger.

• Worn out/old seals and valve bobbing can be replaced manually with out using any tool.

• Measured diameter suction tube prevents intake velocity, minimizing sand entry into pump passage.

• Spares available : 
  Bush bearing : 4 Nos.
  Bobbin : 2 Nos.
  U-Seal : 1 Nos.
  O-ring : 1 big & 1 small.
